Dragon’s Dogma Online Unlikely To Come To U.S.

During their latest financial briefing, Capcom of Japan revealed that a Western release of Dragons’ Dogma Online and Monster Hunter Frontier are unlikely. This is due to the decision within the company to control cost to make the PC segment of their company more profitable. Stating in a Q&A…

 

“Because growth in the PC market has slowed, we are prioritizing growth of Consumer and Mobile.
We aim to make PC Online profitable by maintaining sales for Dragon’s Dogma Online and Monster Hunter Frontier, while implementing measures such as cost control.”

Dragon’s Dogma Online has been out in Japan since August 31, 2015 and is available within the region on Playstation 3, Playstation 4, and PC.
