The folks over at GameXplain have been playing around with Playtonic Games’ upcoming game Yooka-Laylee. Now that the embargo has been lifted, we can see some reviews and gameplay for the game. This includes some Easter eggs.
GameXplain managed to find some Easter eggs in a bookshelf that references both 50 Shades of Grey and Conker’s Bad Fur Day. On one row of a bookshelf, there is a book titled 50 Shaders of Gamers which is an obvious reference to 50 Shades of Grey. The other is a book titled Jet Packs and Butlers. This is a reference to a line in Conker’s Bad Fur Day after he obtains a pile of cash he says “Jet-packs and butlers, here I come,”
