Ace Combat 7 Director Kazutoki Kono started some polls on his Twitter account asking fans what Ridge Racer and Ace Combat games deserve a remake.
For the Ace Combat games we have Ace Combat 2, Ace Combat 3, Ace Combat 04, and Ace Combat 5. For the Ridge Racer poll we have Ridge Racer, Ridge Racer R4, Ridge Racer 7, or a “Super Ridge Racer” that would include real cars.
As of publishing both Ridge Racer Type 4 and Ace Combat 5 are leading their respective polls. It’s also worth noting that this poll is being done by Kono himself and Namco Bandai do not have any involvement in the polls to everyones knowledge.
