Acquire To Announce New Game In January 7 Issue Of Famitsu

Famitsu have published some brief end-of-year creator interviews discussing what some Japanese studios’ plans are for the 2021 year.

In the piece Takuma Endo, creator of Tenchu and president of Acquire, revealed they will unveil a new game they have been working on in the January 7, 2021 issue of Famitsu. Endo stated:

“I can’t say anything yet because it’s an unannounced title, but please allow me to introduce our new title in the January 7 issue of Famitsu. Gladiux is also behind schedule, but we’re working hard to muscle our way through development.”

Acquire are best known as the creators of several popular franchises including Way of the Samurai, Akiba’s Trip, Shinobido, and Tenchu.
