While games are known to be censored when a Japanese game is released outside of the country, Sega Spokesman John Hardin confirmed that all features in the Japanese version will also be available in the United States. This includes the cat fighting minigame and movies in an adult movie store.

Don’t worry, those are still gonna be in the western release. Production has confirmed that no gameplay features like that have been cut. Actually, our demo at E3 and GameStop Expo included the scene where you have to train the BDSM mistress. (Though in fairness, that scene winds up being a bit more comedic than sexy, but you get the picture.) Yakuza 0’s Kamurocho and Sotenbori are as raw as ever.
Yakuza 0 will release on January 24 exclusively on Playstation 4.
