CD Projekt Red revealed during a recent financial briefing exactly how much the development of The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt cost to make. According to CEO Adam Kicinski, the total costs were $81 million. This includes both development and marketing costs.
Kicinski also revealed that the company conducted 40 different marketing campaigns during its development span. It was also revealed that 240 people worked in-house on the game with 1,500 working on the game worldwide over a 3 and a half year period of time. There were also over 500 different voice actors worked on the game in 15 different languages.
