According to a new article by Tom Henderson over at eXputer, Skate 4 is now in the playtesting phase of development. Thanks to Origin’s API, the current project is being worked on under the name “Project Dingo” and the being playtested by Quality Assurance is indeed a Skate title.
Interestingly, the game is known just as “Skate” in the code leading some to believe that this could be a reboot of the franchise and not a direct sequel to Skate 3.
An official announcement is expected within the next few months.
